We are currently looking for candidates for the position of Manager for Background Verification process based at Chennai Location.



Position : Manager

Experience : preferably from BGV Industry / BPO

Education : Graduate and above

Experience : 7-10 years

CTC : 6-7 Lakhs

  • Good communication
  • Team Management
  • Strong in Operations
  • Resourcefulness and commitment oriented
  • Ensure 100% quality adherence to SLAs
  • Strong knowledge in MIS preparation
  • Ensure Quality of Data and Reports being Published to Clients
  • Strictly following the set TAT and avoid penalties from the client
  • Close coordination with various internal team in order to meet TAT
  • Timely escalations to the management of any lapse in the process
