- Employee Relations, Training and Development, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Organizational
- Originating Human Resources practices to provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, goal attainment, recruitment and ongoing development of superior workforce.
- Analyzing and designing work determining human resource need {selection)
- HR Management includes Background verification, induction, exit interviews, resignations & relieving procedures, employee travel plans.
- Evaluating their performance (performance appraisal)
- And creating a positive environment (employee relations)
- Carrying out the in-house employee training system that addresses company training needs including training needs assessment, new employee orientation or on boarding, management development, production cross-training, the measurement of training impact, and training transfer.
- Recommending employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation
- Maintaining employee-related data bases; preparing and analyzing the reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the department as well as the company.
