Role Description

Support the implementation of the HRM strategy for PWP & other plant at Indore, to ensure timely and effective execution of all processes and regular escalations of all employee queries and grievances so as create an engaged and competent workforce. Ensure statutory compliance and stakeholders’ relationship.

Manage effective implementation of HRM processes within the business operations to ensure the creation of an engaged workforce

Support the compliance to all industrial relations policies and requirements within the business

Management of human resources of the department to have an engaged, competent team and enable a working environment that drives high performance

Skills
  • Deep understanding of HR/IR Concepts, including interpretation of related laws & rules of the state.
  • Understanding of existing & future Group Dynamics of various demography.
Other Details

Graduate with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management or MBA with specialization in HRM/Personnel/ IR
