Job Description:Position - Manager OEM SalesEducation - MBA (Marketing), B.E. (Mechanical/ Automobile/ Agriculture Engg)

Experience - 10 years +Location :- Rohtak,Haryana

Key Expectation- Prepare the Annual Sales Plan for the domestic market in line with the overall Sales Plan in consultation with Head Sales & Marketing

Plan, monitor and achieve individual and team sales targets and be accountable for the overall customer group performance. (E.g. sales volume, margin, growth)Forward RFQ received from customers to Plant Heads and review project costing and feasibility report as per norms in discussion with the Plant Head before submitting actual RFQ to customer

Responsible for driving business growth in the domestic market by undertaking business development initiatives and build customer relationship by understanding their requirements and respond timely

Proactively Scan market and lead customer pitches(for potential customers) for new business developmentLead key customer discussions on repeat business and increase in the share of business with the Plant HeadsEnsure high quality service levels provided to customers and address service level complaints, if any

Undertake project feasibility study and seek clarifications from Operations and Manufacturing Engineering

DepartmentOverall responsibility related to commercial and administrative affairs for timely response to RFQs

Undertake periodic internal project review meetings and ensure adherence to timelines for completion of projectEnsure timely completion of all stages of Performance Appraisal Process

Take responsibility for people development initiatives and building in-house capabilities for the employees in the department BE/ Btech/ Diploma Industry Background:Exposure in handling large key accounts (Preferable auto component Manufacturing industry
