We are looking for candidates who have experience in FMCG/product related sales or marketing to join our team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Mechanic/Influencer, Consumer & Dealer Engagement on a daily basis
  • Map and enroll new mechanics through Smart Application & Fast Scan
  • Capture profile of all the target audience i.e. Consumer, Mechanic & Dealers
  • Explain Fast Scan & Drive adoption of Fast Scan
  • Conduct regular meetings with mechanics (Monthly/ Quarterly)
  • Training on Castrol Products for Commercial vehicles
  • Carry out activation activities such as Garage Meets/ Mechanic Meets, Fleet owners meet, Tractor clinics; Stand meets (LCV & Jeep), Roadshows and Agency led activation management etc.

Job Location: Erode

Experience: 1-3 Years in Sales and Marketing(B2C)

Salary and Benefits: Upto Rs.17,000 Take Home Per Month + Incentives + TA/DA
