Job Description for the position of Marketing Manager(SEO/SEM)

We are looking for 4 to 12 years experienced to join our Social Media Marketing team!

We are looking for an analytical and perceptive SEO/SEM expert professional to manage all search engine optimization and marketing activities in collaboration with marketing team and help us build a strong online presence. As an SEO professional, candidate shall be responsible for implementing SEO and Social Media Strategies for Lead Generation, Branding and PR of Organization. Candidate must manage Onsite and Offsite Optimization, Keyword Expansion research, Paid Search campaigns to ensure their success. Candidate to ensure that we attract and engage our target audience and convert visitors into customers. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with current SEO techniques and tools and have excellent analytical skills.

SEO/SEM Specialist | Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • The SEO specialist is responsible for implementing SEO and social media strategies
  • Developing and Implementing Effective search engine optimization strategies
  • Coordinating for Content, Design, Social Media Platforms, PPC Marketing and other activities
  • Managing Offsite/Off-page and Onsite/On-page optimization
  • Perform keyword research in coordination with business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities
  • Performing competitive analysis and identifying gaps in content or areas of improvement in web design / web pages

7. Tracking important SEO metrics including organic traffic, conversion rates and time spent on page

  • Should be well versed with data and reports collection from Google Analytics
  • Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success
  • Optimizing copy and landing pages for search engine optimization
  • To implement effective and organic Backlinks building campaign
  • Moving all web contents to another domain
  • Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages
  • Help to create and support marketing content to socialize and use for social media purposes
  • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of improvements / importance to team and management.
  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels and maintain DA and Ranking.

Qualifications

Education: Graduate /Post Graduate degree in any discipline

Only Electronics Background and Electronics Manufacturing Experienced candidate can apply.

Job Requirements and Qualifications for Marketing Manager(SEO/SEM Specialist)

  • Graduate degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience of 4 to 12 years in SEO/SEM
  • Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ, TubeMogul) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends, NetInsight, Omniture etc.)
  • Experience working with popular keyword tools (Google, WordTracker, Keyword Discovery, etc
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Asp.net, php and JavaScript development
  • Knowledge of Ranking factors and Search Engine Algorithms
  • Knowledge of best practices & latest trends in SEO and SEM
  • Expertise in Google Analytics and other analytics tools
  • Experience in email campaigns and paid advertising
  • Experience working with CMS and building/administering content in CMS environment
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills
  • Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate
