Roles and Responsibilities


1.To monitor the day to day plant Maintenance as per our plant SOP.

2.Ensuring smooth and continuous maintenance of Boilers ,Turbine/Generator

3.Shut down planning and overhauling of rotary equipments fan, blowers ,pumps ,coal feeders and boilers pressure parts also ash handling equipments

4.Managing to shift in charge & shift engineer as per plant requirement.

5.Reduce machine downtime and implementation of best maintenance practices and planning
6.Shutdown Maintenance of Boilers and its auxiliary equipments
7.Turbine Major Overhaul Maintenance and its Auxillaries
8.Inventory and Spares management (FMEA)
9.Budgeting and optimum spare utilization for plant asset utilization
10.Condition based monitoring of equipments
11.Root cause failure analysis of breakdowns and identify improvement areas
13.Energy conservation projects of steam, condensate, Air, water
14.Scheduling maintenance work for efficient Manpower utilization
15.Knowledge of IBR formalities for boilers and pressure parts
