We have an Opening in one of the leading E-Learning Company

Location: Mahape Navi Mumbai

Experienced: 3+ yrs

Designation: MIS Executive

CTC: 2.4 -3.5 LPA

Vertical: Contact Centre Support | e-Learning

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Daily, Weekly and Monthly Operational analysis

Report on operational metrics, conduct data and business analysis, and present summary

of findings to management in a clear, concise, convincing, and actionable format

Create and maintain daily operational scorecards to track and report on KPIs;

Assist Process manager in volume forecast and capacity planning as per need

Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner

Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis

Extraction and mining of raw data, number crunching and converting them to useful

information

Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed

Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team

Support Dialer team as per need to drive various campaign

Co-ordinate with Client for external data points required to perform various activities at

Centre as per need

Desired Candidate Profile:

3+ years of experience in the domain of MIS & Analytics

Experienced in Contact Centre MIS would be preferred

Excellent communication skills

HSC / Bachelors Degree

Competencies Required:

Skills - Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel and MS Power Point.

Shift:

Day Shift - 9 Hrs Rotational shifts

Rotational Week offs

Operating window - 08:00 Hrs 22:00 Hrs.
