Position - Modeler - Rebar( New Mumbai)

Department - Design & Engineering

Function - Engineering

Reporting to - Designer - Rebar

Qualification Required ITI Draughtsmans

Min. years of experience - 4 years

Max. years of experience - 10 years

Job Role Purpose- Experience in the field of MEP Design with a knack to learning the latest technologies. Understanding layouts and drawings received from the Lead Engineering and creating detail. Reinforcement detailed drawings for execution.

Job Role Descriptions-

  • Understanding thoroughly the 53C Technology and its Electrical Design methodology
  • Understanding Architectural Graphics and Orthographic Projections
  • Understanding Structural D&R
  • Studying the drawings and its restrictions in terms of Reinforcement model preparation
  • Creating Plumbing detailed model drawings along with BBS and BOQ for execution
  • Families creation in Revit software
  • Making a number of changes and modifications in drawings as per requirement or class detection report.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in the field of construction.
  • Sound knowledge of latest Plumbing designs
  • Knowledge of industry standard
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360 is a must
  • Families creation in Revit software
  • Ability to coordinate with all teams to obtain accuracy in GFC Drawings
  • Keen in learning the new technology and skills in the field of construction

Key Result Areas- Number of drawings made as per company requirements

  • No. Of projects completed
  • No.of projects completed with zero mistakes during execution

CTC 5.5 - 8 Lacs Per Annum

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹550,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
