We have urgent opening for Office Assistant. Only male candidates required.
Responsibilities and Duties

  • House Keeping
  • Cafeteria Management - Should know to make Tea and Coffee.
  • The candidate should be capable of handling all admin related activities.
  • Office Assistant ensures the efficient day-to-day operation of the office and support the work of management and other staff.
  • Coordinating with all the employees
  • Coordinate for paperwork
  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders
  • Assisting with Housekeeping, Security and Technical Support
  • Support other office related activities
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing
  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas
  • Performing general office clerk duties and errands
  • Coordinating events as necessary
  • Maintaining supply inventory
  • Maintaining office equipment as needed

Key Skills

  • Min 1 year of experience as an office admin assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
