Roles and Responsibilities

Technical Skills:

Experience in open BMC development
4+ years of experience in C & C++ based Linux/Unix application development.
Experience with AMI BMC firmware base, development tools and workflows is desired
OpenBMC & open source project experience
Embedded systems & Firmware development experience a plus
In depth knowledge of IPMI 2.0 and DCMI 1.5 Specifications is a plus
Detailed working ability with IPMI Tool and other user interfaces to the BMC
Working expertise with the RedFish speciation and RESTFul interfaces is a plus

Process Skills:

Capable of analyzing requirements and develop software as per project defined software process.
Ability to contribute to appropriate software (including programming languages) development life cycle methodology.

Behavioral Skills:

Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs
Participate as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
