We are looking for Operations Manager position at Calicut location, candidates having experience from Pharmaceutical manufacture or FMCG industry is highly preferred.

Job Responsibilities : -

  • Develop and implement growth strategies
  • Acts as a liaison between company and client for quality assurance
  • Oversees daily operations and make adjustments if necessary
  • Innovate new ideas and cash flow strategies to board of directors and other company officers
  • Directs acquisitions and sales of assets to meet organization goals
  • Evaluates newly implemented sales plans
  • Promotes communication between colleagues for the benefit of information flow and to curb any problem that arises
  • Perform all necessary documentation and P.R.O works related to licensing, certification and other related works.
  • Developing, implementing and monitoring procedures, policies and performance standards for medical, technical and administrative staff.
  • Directing or conducting recruitment, hiring and training of chemists
  • Directing, supervising and evaluating the work activities of production
  • Providing overall direction and management for the service, facility, organization or center.
  • Measures the effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally and find ways to improve the processes

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month

  • Day shift

Ability to Commute/Relocate:

  • Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

  • FMCG Industry: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Operations: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Pharmaceutical Industry: 3 years (Preferred)
