Job Description
  • Sales executive should work under given SOP
  • Optical Outlet/store should function from 8.00 am to 6.30 pm.
  • Communicate with customers politely
  • Dressing should be neat and clean
  • Frames should be arranged neatly & price range wise.
  • Prescription taking should be under the supervision of Optical Sales Manager
  • Offers related to Optical sale should be communicated to all Customers
  • Detailed knowledge based on lens and frames is needed and suggestions should be given to customers
  • Sales executive should be capable of handling and clarifying all the queries and doubts of the customers
  • Usage instructions should be given to customers
  • coordinate with fitting supervisor for frame & urgent fitting so that the frames send to the fitting lab could be collected/delivered within the specified time
  • Ensure to give own frame receipt to own frame orders.
  • Make sure that daily, weekly, monthly & yearly personal target amount is achieved.
  • Achieve the no. of daily, weekly, monthly & yearly sales target.
  • Spectacles dispensing, quality checking of dispensed spectacles & lens and spectacles repairing in a primary basis etc. should be taken care of.
  • After each sale, job cover should be filled clearly
  • Spectacles that are ready for delivery, courier process, home delivery process, spectacles that are undelivered, resale process etc. should be coordinated with the staff concerned.
  • Verify the Complaints registered in complaint register and update them to Optical Manager
  • Update Daily optical performance report, Daily Individual sales performance report, Monthly optical performance report, Monthly individual sale performance report etc. to Optical Manager.
  • Update Leave schedule file
  • Take up the duties assigned by Management from time to time
