Role Description

This is a full-time Planning and Billing Manager Highway role located in Bareilly, requiring on-site work. The Planning and Billing Manager will work closely with the project team to provide detailed bills of quantity, generate invoices, and keep records of materials used and labour costs incurred. They will monitor the project’s progress and work hand in hand with the project manager by generating progress reports and cost analysis.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project planning and billing
  • Excellent knowledge of construction, engineering, and project management principles
  • Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software
  • Ability to communicate technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences effectively
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to cope with pressure during busy periods
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
