Job description

  • Review & verify the patients information against insurance company specifications through site
  • Maintaining documentation files write patient demographic & insurance details
  • May enter data electronically to process charges, payments, denials
  • Resolve routine patient billing inquiries & problems, follow up on balances due from insurance companies through Interactive Voice Response IVR/CSR

Required Candidate profile

  • Knowledge of medical terminology will be considered as additional advantage
  • Excellent in English Communication
  • MS Office, Internet
  • Interpersonal Skills
