POSITION PURPOSE:

• Plan, control & Organize overall production activities of allocated plants, so as to ensure targeted production quantities are met at desire quality, yield & ratios with safety standards.
• Prioritize day to day maintenance, preventive maintenance & modifications if any. Implement and monitor new projects / modifications in allocated plants.
• Ensure finished products day to day dispatches are met Ensure continual improvement of quality, yields & ratios are maintained. Resolve quality problems related to finished goods and intermediates products.
• Provide safe working environment for shop floor people with zero exposure of chemicals and incidents / accidents.
• Motivate, train and guide the subordinates, so as to ensure smooth running of the plants and achieve targeted results with accuracy and maintain family atmosphere.
• Implement and maintain new systems like ISO 9001, 14001, SAP & MOVE project(OEE) and any other new guidelines.
• Coordinate with R & D for new products, process development in Pilot plant and commissioning of the new plant /

Products

• Plan and control site logistics activities in participation with R.M.Store & BSR incharge and staff to ensure timely receipt of raw material & despatch of finished good in coordination with R.M.Purchase, Production & Marketting departments.
• Ensure compliance of all regulatory requirements related to the concerned areas. Ensure safety, health & environmental aspects of concerned areas.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure optimum utilization of plants & availability of manpower , machines to meet market schedule.
• Monitor products quality, quantity and yield of group plants.
• Analysing the problems and trouble shooting of processes.
• Exploring possibilities and evaluation of different improvements in plants . Implementing new systems as and when comes
• Contribute to longterm efficiency of plant.
• Development of subordinates in various areas.
• Ensure product demand is satisfied at optimum cost. Operate within budget.
• Ensure and monitor the appropriate maintaining of environment, health and safety (EHS)
• Ensure and assure good working atmosphere in related area by interacting with peers, superiors and subordinates
• Implementation of OEE & Reporting of activities related to project MOVE.

• Forward planning in co-ordination with stores & purchase
• Planning necessary preventive & breakdown maintenance work of critical equipments.

• Ensuring availability of manpower to meet required targets.

• Product quality, quantity & yield.

• Contribute to long-term efficiency of the plant.
• Follow up with managers for maintaining parameters, analysis & yields. Investigating customer complaints
• Implementing corrective & preventive actions where necessary.

• Development of reportees
• Timely information to superiors about plant output & efficiency.
• Training, motivating & supporting all plant employees.
