We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Projects and Business Optimization, Offshore CAU.

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data-driven projects that align with the bank’s strategic objectives.
• Design, develop, and implement data analytics solutions using various programming languages, tools, and platforms.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into the data warehouse or other data storage systems.
• Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data validation and cleansing processes.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing data analytics processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and development.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in data analytics, programming, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Alteryx, Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases is beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Knowledge of human resources policies and data privacy regulations is a plus.
• Strong inter-personal skills with ability to build and maintain relations with key stakeholders (onshore / offshore) – frequent liaison with middle and senior management.Good to have skillset:

• Knowledge on Microsoft Share point is a plus
• Knowledge on Power Apps, Power Automate is a plus
• knowledge of HTML, CSS and JS
