Responsibilities:


Work close to our Quants to productionize their code; agreeing with the quants, the tech team leader and the business on the next deliveries.

You need to be persistent and stubborn enough to solve sometimes complicated problems

Help the team to deliver under their commitments and deadlines

Willing to learn about the domain of behavioural models.

The behavioural models in the banking book are a set of models used to estimate the behavioural factors for non-maturing deposits and early prepayments for assets, for example interest rate risk in the banking book and liquidity risk modelling purposes.

You are a team player and you enjoy working with others and collaborating

The team is working in an environment with JIRA, Git/Bitbucket, Bamboo, Splunk and Docker •


Technical skills:


At least 2 years of professional experience with Python

Professional experience working with SQL databases (MS SQL, Oracle, others) is needed

Previous experience with numerical libraries (i.e. Numpy, Pandas) and data science experience would be advisable

Previous experience in general with UI development (with Django) is advisable.
