Key Responsibilities:He shall be responsible for implementing Quality Control Measures and QA systems at Site.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Maintaining calibration certificates and required documents for Labour and plant setup at site as per contract conditions.

· Devising and implementing QAP system at site

· Study of specifications of Items of work.

· Checking quality of raw material at source and site as per the decided frequency.

· Acceptance of Manufacturer’s Test Certificate of bought out items and material like cement, steel, construction chemicals.

· Checking of Methodology Statement with respect to specifications / IS codes.

· Monitoring day–to–day activities pertaining to quality in consultation with Site-in- charge and Client /Consultants.

· Sample collection for testing and approvals.

· Maintaining QC lab and equipment in conforming condition.

· To ensure that proper methodology and instructions are followed in execution of various activities.

· To check workmanship.

· To impart training and/or co-ordinate for training on technical and functional subjects.

· To sign the Pc bills after ensuring the Quality of work.

· Furnish & maintains records for compliance as per GCC/SCC.

Authorities:

· Identifying non-conformance in material / workmanship and suggest remedial actions.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
