PrimaryResponsibilities:

1. Handling of investigations in Trackwise. Tracking of investigations, trending, review of investigations for root cause and CAPA. Also needs to bepart of the investigation team.

2. Coordination with the Production, QC, Micro, Engg., Warehouse compliance team or members for ensuring timely investigation bymonitoring the progress of the investigations, supporting in the investigationprocess and review and closure of investigations.

3. Participation in inspections and audits as SME.

4. Providing guidance and training to investigators oneffective root cause analysis, investigation writing, risk analysis and CAPA.

5. Handling of CAPA in Trackwise. Tracking of CAPA, verifying closure of CAPA and checking effectiveness of the implemented CAPA.
