Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Neemrana, Rajasthan for a Quality Assurance Manager. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures, identifying and resolving quality-related issues, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, managing quality assurance personnel, maintaining quality records, and evaluating the effectiveness of quality assurance activities.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Experience in quality assurance in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree is preferred
