1. Have to Manage Sales of Banking products.

2. Team Handling; Optimizing Team Productivity and Achieving Team

Results.

3. You’ve to source business through Open Market using different Channels.

4. Implement & Develop Sales Activities to achieve Target.

5. Executing all the sales planning and overseeing target allocation.

6. Develop & maintain strong relationship with the clients for repeat

business or referrals

7. Meet clients; verify documents, process file for sanction, co-ordinate for disbursement of loan.

8. Aligning with the marketing team on ground lead generation activities for sales.

9. Manage the sales team by appropriate training, motivation & deployment strategies.

1. Undergraduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate all can apply.

2. Minimum 6 months to 5 Years of experience. in sales & Marketing field.

3. Candidates should be presentable and must have good communication skills.

4. Candidates from Home Loan, LAP, Mortgage and Working capital background are required.
