Sales:

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

· Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

· Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

· Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

· Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data

· Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations

· Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

· Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

· Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

· Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

· Establishing new business

· Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.

· Create and update work status in ERP daily.

Marketing:

  • Work hand in hand with sales team daily, driving business to close through marketing strategy.
  • Develop collaborate and implement the DTC marketing strategy for the company in line with objectives; plan and implement DTC promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
  • Serve a consultative supporting the MD on all marketing/sales related initiatives.
  • Essentially drive and close more revenue via marketing along with the sales operation.
  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results with CRM reporting.
  • Create and publish all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
  • Prepare online and print marketing campaigns in conjunction with the Creative group.
  • Create a wide range of different marketing materials.
  • Working closely with Executives, Sales Team and outside agencies and assisting with new business ideas.
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
  • Partner with potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
