Inside Sales /Marketing Executives /Assistant

Location .. Delhi Sales Office Peeragarhi Chowk

Back-end Job.. No Field Visit.. No Targets

Responsibilities & Role, Profile Required

To identify New Customers from multiple sources including tele calling, events, emails, prospect lists, Research, Directories, import-export data, social media.

Customer Care ,Generate new Lead and New business, New Market and Product Promotion,

Online Sales Order Negotiations, Deal closure, Sales Coordination, Ecommerce

Preparing Quotations, Sales Orders, Performa Invoice, Managing Online Follow up

Documentation Management MIS, Sales reports, Customers data analysis,

Follow up with customers for orders, payment, samples, feedback etc.

Strong tele calling sales marketing skills, Customer Communication and Correspondence

Good English Communication Skill (Written and Oral). Regional Languages

Good in advance Excel /Word, MS office, email, surfing, whatsapp, video conference

Expert in Handling Customer Care/Front office responsibilities

Handling of business Enquires through Company e-commerce website.

Good Knowledge of online sales and marketing of industrial products. Good knowledge of Logistic, Transport, Courier Management, CRM ,ERP, Business Tools
