Sales

Our Sales team is the largest revenue-generation department at United. They work closely with travel agencies, United travel departments, and corporate clients.

Job overview and responsibilities –

The United for Business Marketing team owns a wide range of digital platforms and channels. As we build out our mar-tech stack, we require the services of a Salesforce Certified individual who can lead the implementation of these programs as they are introduced, maintain them on a day-to-day basis, explore and propose expansion/enhancement opportunities and identify ways to integrate effectively with Salesforce from a marketing perspective.

  • Established experience in configuring, managing and maintaining digital marketing technology systems, with a strong background in building connections with Salesforce and creating custom objects.
  • Lead the Salesforce development, configuration and integration of digital marketing tools (like Seismic, Pardot, Unstack, Terminus, etc) to sync with Salesforce.
  • Configure Salesforce system automations and business process, leads/accounts assignment rules.
  • Defining marketing automation rules and business processes.
  • Configure rules for automatic email replies, email notification and field updates.
  • Design landing pages, forms, email templates and auto responders for helping marketing team.
  • Support user experience and programming work on Salesforce based applications.

This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded.

Required

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience (5 years work experience in systems support)
  • Should have 4 + years of work experience in Salesforce.com Projects
  • Strong and proven experience of integration in Salesforce.
  • Salesforce Developer, Admin, and Sales or Service Cloud Certified.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce governor limits and integration patterns.
  • Strong and proven experience in Salesforce.com application development (Apex, Visual force, Salesforce Lightning, and Web Services Integration).
  • Experience in working with sales, service, and community clouds.
  • Proficient skills using Salesforce Application Development, Salesforce Reporting, and Analytics.
  • Travel is required on a demand basis
  • Must be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorship
  • Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

  • Computer classes or major
  • Preferred Advanced Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder
