Relevant 3-4+ years of experience in L1 Administration in Windows Servers Environment.
Strong ability and Technical Knowledge to develop and Manage Data Centre Site Operations and Services.
Capability & Availability to work in a 24*7 Environment.
Responsible for ensuring that all services are run to the very high standard and achieve 99.9% availability
Should have technical knowledge in windows server operating systems and monitoring operations.
Should have knowledge with file permission and file management task.
Should have basic Active Directory management capabilities like user management, Group management etc.
Good Hardware knowledge and performed activities such as Rack mounting/Dismounting, Formatting of servers.
Working knowledge and experience in managing Hyper-V and VMWare ESX
Should be able to manage Servers provisioning, configuration, and decommissioning Should be Microsoft Certified. Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills and doing proper documentations
Should be able to Create and update Daily reports / Handover Documents / SOP / Process Notes.
Knowledge about Incident/Problem management and work on ITIL compliant Service desk tool Scripting knowledge will be added advantages
