Job Description:

Responsibilities: Responsible for architecting, developing and deploying DFT and test generation methodologies for a wide variety of our product families.

You are a hands-on technical lead who will develop and drive DFT solutions closely working with both external and internal vendors.

Work with global CAD methodology development team to automate and integrate the above CAD flows for centralized deployment

Provide strong technical expertise and consultations on architecture & CAD DFT solutions to ourBusiness Units and

positively influence people in design teams and central CAD teams

Desired Skills:

-Expertise in developing DFT CAD Solutions in the areas of DFT Implementation using DFT tools

-Experience in FC, DC, TestMAX, Tessent, LEC, Genus is desirable.

SKILLS REQUIRED :

- Good RTL (VHDL or Verilog or System Verilog) writing skills.

- SOC integration and RTL modification as per DFT requirement.

- Hands on experience with JTAG & IJTAG protocols, Scan and ATPG architectures and tools.

- Has worked on MBIST implementation with Tessent flow of mbist-insertion.

Strong experience in automation of methodologies/solution using TCL, Python, PERL and Tk.

Debugging experience to debug vendor tool problems and interacting with designers to help tackle their problems.

Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate and influence design development groups.

Must have skills :

- Basic Fundamentals must be clear so as to be able to become a Technical Mentor to the youngsters.

- Proven experience in managing people and leading complex SoCs projects.

- SoC DFT leadership for at least one Complex SoCs.

- Solutions orientation; Quality driven; Execution minded; Customer focused

- Bachelor’s or a Master’s Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering required
