In this challenging and very diversified function, you take responsibility for the Senior Engineer - Analytics (Plastics & Polymer) and ensure the following activities. Your main Tasks and Responsibilities Candidate should be responsible for Plastics, Polymer and rubber testing - i.e. Burn test, FTIR, density measurement, Hardness measurement, ash content measurement, melt flow index, Tensile testing for rubber/Plastic etc. Salt spray testing Color value of coatings. Reliability Testing for plastics, polymer and rubber components. Your Job Profile You must have in detail knowledge and experience in Plastics and Polymer ( Grades and compounds). Handling new Development projects. Routine/Standard testing methodologies for plastics, polymers and rubber. Conducting and developing testing procedures for testing reliability and durability for plastics, polymer and rubber components. Know how of Salt spray testing.
