About Honasa
Honasa Consumer Limited is a digital-first house of brands catering to the diverse needs of millennial customers. We are building a new generation of beauty and personal care brands – driven by purpose, powered by technology, and focused on evolving consumer needs. From natural personal care to science-backed skincare and a modern take on Ayurveda, each of our brands has a unique proposition, created for millennials.
Today, our in-house portfolio of brands comprises household favorites like Mamaearth, The Derma Co., Aqualogica, and Ayuga. We have also made strategic acquisitions to strengthen our portfolio – BBlunt (Products and services), Dr Sheth’s (dermatologist formulated skincare brand)
Responsibilities:
1. Own end-to-end content to drive revenue, clicks, awareness, traffic, engagement, and conversion
2. Create and manage the content calendar (monthly and quarterly), collaborate with cross- functional teams on the same.
3. Content Creation - monthly posts & stories (hygiene & campaigns), trend jacking, etc. - adhering to the brand guidelines
4. Ad-Hoc Efficiency: Taking on any ad hoc responsibilities to boost revenue efficiency.
5. Maintenance of brand hygiene across platforms
Qualifications:
1. Any Graduate with 2+ years of content writing / copywriting experience for social media or digital advertising
2. Experience with an advertising agency, social media agency, or brand’s internal creative team Knowledge of digital marketing best practices
3. Excellent command of English with knowledge of all social media platforms
4. Experience with digital creative communication is a definite plus

3. Can work independently to develop creative content and write marketing-related projects, digital ads, promotional material as well as authentic copy for website content
4. Has always been the “copy person” in their family and feels at home suggesting their own copy for live ads
5. A polished writer who is comfortable in creating content and editing their own work without much oversight.
6. Is a finisher. Do you hate leaving projects unfinished? You must love the details of your projects and work dutifully to ensure things are always on time and complete
7. A creative mind who understands and evolves the voice of our brand
8. Is a self-starter who will not take no for an answer
9. Works closely with the Art Team to visualize ideas and bring them to life
