Job Responsibilities:

This role is a member of the HR Recruiter at Rebel Foods, responsible for supporting recruitment in Rebel Foods businesses within the Customer Delight team at Pune location. You will source, screen and pre-select the best applicants. Your service-oriented mentality will help you successfully act as candidate liaison through the entire recruitment journey. You will also be required to process the applicant records in our Applicant Tracking System and ensure the highest quality for our candidates experience during their recruitment process.

  • Ensure high-quality job requisitions to attract the most suitable candidates to open positions
  • You will be responsible for adherence to KPIs.
  • You will be sourcing profiles through different search channels, like active sourcing, through job boards, and with the help of agencies
  • You are screening and pre-selecting candidate profiles, using assessment techniques and closely aligning with business expectations
  • You take good care of our job and candidate data in our recruitment tool and ensure fast and neat processing of all candidates
  • You just do not stop at recruitment but also ensure a great experience for the candidates at each level

Experience:

  • 3+ Years major experience in recruitment (BPO)
