Recruit the next set of leaders to Build & Grow SandMartin’s future using databases Naukri/iim jobs etc. personal/professional references, employee referrals
Conducting Initial screening and explaining job description and compensation to the prospects.
Responsible scheduling interviews with hiring managers, offer letter creation preferably through HRMS Portal
Financial planning and analysis within stipulated aggressive timelines, and building a talent pipeline for the business to achieve the hiring targets.
Presenting Recruitment & Attrition dashboards through HRMS portal
Assist in Talent Fulfilment Process such as Creation of offer letter, distributing new hire documents, Supporting new hire orientation/induction sessions
HRBP Role with an emphasis on supporting Documentation management and filing and mailing of documents through HRMS Portal.
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process for Finance and Accounting, Employee Benefits Insurance Claims Processing, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

Worked in the BPO/KPO Sector and hired for roles in Finance & Accounts Profiles
Excellent Communication Skills & knowledge of emerging trends in talent acquisition & management
Focus on using technology tools like LinkedIn AI features, Naukri RMS Pro, Robotic Interview processes, etc.
Excellent knowledge of Naukri RMS/Naukri RMS Pro
Cross-functional experience as Generalist/HRBP Profile
