Delivery is leading the disruption in the traditional B2B distribution setup with innovative models and driving change. The role entails a holistic and full spectrum approach towards business development and consultative selling with an opportunity to create pioneering, tech enabled, state of the art supply chain solutions for the consumer durables and electronics industry at large.

The Roles & Responsibilities includes :

 Build consumer durable vertical for Delhivery.

 Understand market, pain points, SCM of vertical.

 Develop plan and strategy to optimize and reform network design and bring about efficiency.

 Target clients and sell services of Delivery.

 Design custom solutions as per client requirement.

 Make account plan.

 Maximize SOW with clients.

 Resolve disputes and concerns of clients by liaising with servicing team and other function leads in operations and engineering.

 Provide clients with latest insights and innovations on the SCM spectrum.

 Bring value to clients supply chain by optimizing costs and time and bring customer delight.
