Job Summary ;;;;;;;;; 1. Maintenance of 90 TPH -2 Nos. high pressure AFBC boiler, 34 TPH and 25 TPH MP AFBC Boiler and axillaries, such as coal handling plant, ash handling plant, fans and pumps.

;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; 2. Planning and implementation of CBM based maintenance of above installations.

;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; 3. PM of all rotary and static equipment, structure, belt conveyor, ash silo etc. as per schedule

;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; 4. Implementation of TPM and RCA of 100% unplanned job.

;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; 5. Spare planning to maintain above equipment keeping minimum inventory.

;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; 6. Pro-active participation in all drives as implemented in company including capex, safety, environment etc.

Job Profile

  • Maintenance of 90 TPH -2 Nos. 87 ATA pressure, and 34 TPH and 25 TPH 32 ATA pressure, coal fired AFBC boiler and axillaries such as coal handling plant, ash handling plant, fans and blowers.
  • CBM and PM of all equipment, as mentioned above as per schedule.
  • Anticipation of pressure parts and non-pressure parts health condition during shut down period, so that, steam and power supply can be reliable.
  • Implementation of RCA for any unplanned job, leading to equipment stoppage.
  • Motivate management scheme / initiatives implementation including safety culture, values, repair and maintenance job, development work, capex job
  • Rotary and stationary equipment, structure reliability concepts
  • Abnormalities identification/rectification during autonomous drill of TPM.









    The Person



    Qualifications and Experience; ;;; B. Tech (Mechanical) BOE/ NPTI, B. Tech (Mechanical), Diploma (Mechanical) NPTI and having experience of around 12- 15 years in Power plant erection, troubleshooting jobs, knowledge of computer and SAP, Maximo etc.

    Personal Characteristics ;;;;;;; Good inter personal and people management skills. Excellent in verbal and written communications.

    Should know the fundamental or general understanding of concepts.

    Possess broad job knowledge; knows and applies the full range of concepts and good practices. Has broad / working knowledge of the subject. Candidate should use these concept in day to day practices.

    Must have good experience and functional skill with strong knowledge and command over the subject/ concepts
