Cluster / Area / District Sales Manager - Coimbatore / Madurai / Trichy

General Purpose

To develop, establish and maintain sales strategies to meet organizational sales objectives.
  • Formulate annual and monthly sales plans and implement sales strategies.
  • Monitor market trends to identify business opportunities.
  • Oversee collection of payments, manage debtors and customer claims.
  • Oversee all customer feedback to enhance customer service.
  • Review and evaluate activities and achievements of all sales staff.
  • Conduct training for sales staff.
Main Responsibilities
  • Managing team of MR Responsible for the sales.
  • Management Products & target achievement, CRM management, Development of BEs.
  • Business generation through effective marketing strategy.
  • Motivation and guidance to team members for better performance.
Desired Candidate’s Profile

Qualification: Minimum Graduate (preferably science).

Experience

Minimum of 3-7 years experience in sales as a medical representative and 2-3 years as first-line manager in a reputed company diabetes/wellness/nutritional care companies, Clinics, Hospitals.
