Our job in LaSalle’s Digital Transformation Team is to be brave and accelerate the impact of digital transformation by partnering closely with our business units, we prototype ideas, test them in the real business scenarios, and quickly adapt the solution. Combining data science, human-centered design, and the latest rapid development techniques—such as agile, microservices and DevOps—we help deliver breakthrough products, experiences, and businesses.

As a Senior QA Engineer at JLL Technologies, you will be directly responsible for:

Knowledge of testing and testability to influence better software design
Promote proper engineering practice, bug prevention strategies, testability, accessibility, privacy, and other advanced quality concepts across the digital platform
Responsible for understanding the domain and the product in detail and coming up with the test strategy/planning, coming up with the test cases, driving the test case sign-off processes with the stakeholders
Contributing to code level unit tests, test execution and reporting
Provide input to test coverage based on requirements, functional specifications, and feature designs - Document and report on manual and automated test results
Understand software internals, debug problems using log files, and write automated tests with Scripting tools and/or user-level automated tools
Resolves complex problems associated with bugs / issues; benchmarking data flows, analyzing bottlenecks and proposing solutions to eliminate them
Understand customers’ overall functional and non-functional requirements, IT and business priorities and success measures to design implementation
Ability to quickly identify customer issues to specific testing; and being able to conduct in-depth diagnostics using testing tools
Work with development teams to not only support, but deliver solutions and new capabilities for customers

Qualifications

5+ years of QA technical experience in using manual and automated testing tools .
Hands-on experience in using JIRA and Azure DevOps tools. Strong hands-on experience in SQL.
Experience with a full life cycle testing from functional design to deployment
Experience with ETL testing activities. Hands on experience using Talend Tool for ETL testing will be an added advantage.
Excellent QA aptitude and ability to drive process improvements. Strong knowledge of QA methodology and tools. Experience to write test plans and test strategy documents and understand functional/technical specifications and analyze data.
Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering / Science / Commerce discipline. Advanced degree preferred.
Superb written and verbal skills, ability to communicate technical and non-technical aspects
