Elevate is recruiting a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our Technology team. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, play an integral role in managing our in-house applications which would optimize our service offerings to our diverse Fortune 500 customers.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Specifically, you will

• Gather requirements from customers.
• Develop technical solutions to business problems (beginning with defining, designing, analyzing, and documenting requirements).
• Develop objects, terms, templates, contract language as per the customer requirement.
• Understand the end-to-end implementation and provide technical/functional support.
• Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver targets.
• Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Assist with bulk imports and exports of data into Salesforce.com.
  
  

Experience

• 3-5 years Salesforce.com/Force.com development experience with good exposure to SDLC processes.
• Ability to handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
• Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests.
• Good understanding of the Apttus CLM components that have been built on top of salesforce Requirements.

Technical Skills

• Good Hands-on experience with customization (Apex Triggers, Classes & Visual Force), configuration (Formulas, Workflows, Approval processes, Custom objects and fields, Sharing Rules, Page layouts, Record types, Permission Sets, Reports, and Dashboards) and Integration experience with Salesforce.com API.
• Experience with Agile methodology and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Implement and Test assigned backlog items by developing in Apex (Classes and Triggers), Visualforce, Lightning Components, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST API, SOAP API or Streaming API.
• Work and develop code in compliance with Salesforce team processes, coding standards, technical design documents, platform architectural initiatives, and leadership direction.
• Basic knowledge of Apttus CLM.
  
  

Qualifications

• Any technical graduation and/or post-graduation in Computers.
• Salesforce & Apttus CLM certified (added advantage).
