This role is intended to lead Sales strategy and Customer Success for Hirist for Bangalore branch. You will be responsible to drive sales team at the branch to maximize business growth and market penetration.
Hirist sales team at the branch will report to this role.

Job Description
Responsible for Hirist business growth and market penetration in the branch
Maximize new business acquisition through sales team hunting efforts
Conceptualize & lead initiatives to maximize ‘value sales’ for Hirist customers
Enable team capability through periodic product training, refreshers and cross learning initiatives
Hire, train, and build a high performance team at the branch
