Specializing in commercial, retail, IT, and industrial properties, we provide extensive services including leasing, selling, development, consultancy, and investment advice. Our expertise covers managing both single and multi-state projects, making us a pivotal "One Step Solution" for a diverse clientele including individual buyers, retailers, malls, high streets, and retail brands.

Role: Sales Site Head

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales Leadership: Direct and oversee the sales team at the site, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.
  • Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients visiting the site, providing highquality tours and detailed information to assist in their purchase decisions.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management, using data to refine sales strategies and approaches.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate with the marketing and project management teams to align sales strategies with overall project goals and marketing campaigns.
  • Sales Training: Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the latest sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Event Management: Organize and manage on-site sales events, open houses, and other promotional activities to boost property visibility and attract potential buyers.
  • Conflict Resolution: Handle any issues or conflicts that arise on the site, ensuring a swift resolution and maintaining a positive environment for both staff and clients.
  • Market Insight: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the local real estate market, competitor activities, and potential customer needs and expectations.

Skills & Qualification:

  • Proven Sales Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead sales teams and achieve sales goals in a competitive environment.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively deal with clients and team members.
  • Customer-focused Approach: Strong focus on customer service and the ability to nurture long term relationships with clients.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role at a sales site.
