To manage and lead the Operations team at the site. To assist the site manager in meeting the Customer’s operational requirements.
Your Role

To manage and lead the Operations team at the site. To assist the site manager in meeting the Customer’s operational requirements.
Your Responsibilities
  • Ensure Operational SLAs are met and maintained.
  • Plan, direct and implement warehouse operations and administrative support to meet prescribed productivity and service goals.
  • Ensure the development of systems and procedures for operating and managing physical facilities, human resources, equipment and product in a profitable manner
  • Operate in compliance with local statutes with special focus on (but not limited to) hazardous goods, customs and food storage regulations
  • Initiate structured programs to monitor and improve Quality (KNPS QMM) / Productivity (KNPS PMM) constantly Manages continues improvement for site together with local KNPS manager
  • Acts as an escalation point for customers, vendors and Service Providers
  • Ensures Health and Safety standards applicable for the site
  • Monitor effective utilization of resources
  • Monitor effective utilization of storage facilities
  • Ensure SOP compliance through Audits
  • Proactive in staff development

Your Skills And Experiences
  • More than 5 years in contract Logistics
