Required:

  • Experience in managing & publishing content on various social media platforms
  • Advanced understanding of LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Social media copywriting skills for B2B audience
  • Good understanding of Social Media Analytics
  • Experience in managing company social media pages
  • Ability to build social media campaign plans based on objectives and define clear ROIs (Organic and paid)
  • Ability to analyze and report metrics and insight from organic and inorganic campaigns
  • Good understanding of third-party social media management tools (analytics, publishing, scheduling, listening) – e.g. Hootsuite, Sprinklr, etc.
  • Excellent command over English language, written and verbal skills
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and performance advertising
  • Organized, independent thinking individual with a proven track record


Good to have:

  • Basic understanding of Google ad platform
  • Experience in community & reputation management
  • Ability to run paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google ad platforms
  • Experience in managing YouTube channel
  • Experience managing and coordination with any agency(s) to execute campaigns
  • Experience delivering social media as-a-service internally within the organization
  • Taking initiative and outside the box thinking is encouraged
