Specialist Talent Acquisition


JOB INFORMATION


Mission


To devise and continuously shape the Talent Acquisition strategy and philosophy of Adecco India



Responsibilities


  • Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
  • Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
  • Establish relationships with Business/ Hiring managers for proper understanding of requirements and ensuring constant supply of talent for their business.
  • Interview prospective candidates and educate candidates on Adecco’s process
  • Negotiate compensation, extend offers, facilitate the placement of candidates and solicit referrals of other qualified consultants
  • Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements
  • Assist in employee retention and development
