Job Summary ：

Purpose of the role is to continuously analyze and recommend improvement opportunities in the following areas:
  • Complete supply chains of EMEA
    • Sources and destinations of material coming from the Americas and Asia Pacific
    • Logistic and tariff costs of key material
    • Lead times of key material in comparison to customer requirements
    • Product wise demand vs supply optimization
  • Complete supply chains of India
    • Product wise demand vs supply optimization
    • Product wise supplier analysis to identify supplier impacts
    • Analysis of customer wise delivery performance
    • Lead times of key material in comparison to customer requirements
Contribution s:

For EMEIA,
  • Provide insight into the gaps in the current processes and supply chain setup with respect to customer expectations (cost and cycle time)
  • Provide inputs to redefine the regional manufacturing and fulfillment strategy and continuously benchmark us with the customer requirements.

Dimensions :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • 4-6 years of experience in analytics / operational excellence in manufacturing industry, preferably in the field of supply chain
  • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability for independent thinking and multi-tasking
  • Very good skills in MS Excel and other big data analysis tools
  • Good orientation to ERPs
  • Very good communication skills, written and oral.
  • Ability and willingness to work with the global team
