Role and Responsibilities


  • Server Administration for Microsoft Windows Server 2012R2+ (Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell, DNS, DHCP, RDS etc.)
  • Proficient in transferring FSMO roles between Domain Controllers.
  • Administering Microsoft SQL Server 2008
  • Installation and Administration (e.g. TCP/ IP, DNS, Group Policy, DHCP) .
  • Troubleshoot & resolve computer related issues when contacted by clients by providing both On- site & Remote support.
  • Design Windows patch management strategy for windows servers.
  • Excellent understanding of the organizations goals and objectives.
  • Proven experience with systems planning, security principles, and general software management
    best practices.
  • Developing and designing network architecture and computer systems infrastructure.
  • Monitoring computer systems and networks for threats, malfunctions, and errors.
  • Good understanding on Windows Event Viewer Logs.
  • Office 365 Administration.
  • Monitor health events on Office365 and alert users ahead of time on incidents.
  • Have hands experience on Cisco, Sophos or any other firewall systems.
  • Monitor and Analyze network traffic using tools like Wireshark or Netmon or tcpdump
  • Knowledge on Azure AD Connect and Microsoft Intune would be added advantage
  • Troubleshooting SSL certificate and DNS related issues.
  • Working with a ticketing system, tracking work done in hours and completing work according to set schedules.
  • Negotiate with vendors and maintain IT Infrastructure.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in technology, protocols, and best practices.
  • supervising the administration of systems & servers related network to ensure availability of services to authority users.
  • Managing assigned projects & program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Good English language skills (written and oral), including the ability to communicate well on complex technical issues in both one-to-one and large group settings
  • Strong technical, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Customer focused with a dedication to customer satisfaction
  • Strong initiative, self-motivation, ability to complete tasks on time
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem solving, decision making, and organizational skills
  • Possesses self-initiative to proactively identify and pursue process improvements
