Job Description

We are looking for a Salesforce Technical lead with 5+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce implementation to join our Panchkula office. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing a team, developing solutions, designing, coding, testing, and deploying Salesforce solutions.

You will also be responsible for working closely with clients and stakeholders, providing guidance, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Key Skills

  • Salesforce.com DEV401 or ADM 201 Certification required.
  • Sales or Service Consultant Certification preferred.
  • Hands-On Experience in developing applications using Salesforce.com developer toolkit.
  • Skills in Apex Classes, Controllers and Triggers, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Migration Tool, and Web Services.
  • Proficiency in HTML, XML, JavaScript, SQL, Java or C#, and SOAP-based web services.
  • Knowledge of nData management, SQL and RDBMS technologies, SOA design principles (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Outbound Messaging implementation (a plus)

Excellent Communication Skills Required.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Participate in project meetings.
  • Contribute to/suggest improvements in:Deliverables functional specifications and usability and implementability reviews.
  • Analyze requirement/program logic provided by Team Lead to ensure clarity of desired specification.
  • Produce code that meets design, style, and quality requirements.
  • Complete development activity in accordance with the published plan.
  • Work closely with the customer throughout the development process if required.
  • Build relationships by prompt service/feedback. Provide ongoing technical support to the customer.

Other Responsibilities

  • Adherence to internal QMS (Quality Management System) procedures & Information Security Controls according to the implemented ISMS (Information Security Management System) of the organization.
  • Report any occurrence of an accident or incident to your manager or supervisor immediately.
