Department Overview


The Enterprise Technology Infrastructure (ETI) team within the Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) is responsible for enterprise-wide infrastructure services across the global footprint, including networking, production services, storage, data centers, mainframe, midrange and Cloud-based systems, distributed systems, and international infrastructure.

About the Role


This position is for the File Transmission Services team within Technology Infrastructure. The team provides secure platform to send/receive data electronically with external customers/vendors as well as internal business partners.

Responsibilities

:
  • This position will be in the File Transmission Services team.
  • The right candidate will become part of file transmission team partnering with multiple functions with FTS to focuses on following areas: Risk Identification & Assessment, Control Design & Evaluation, Issues & Control Deficiencies, building metrics and reporting for operational effectiveness.
  • Facilitates and executes the gathering of artifacts for control sustainment purposes. Supports end-to-end analysis of current functions to identify gaps and weaknesses and determine root cause of control issues.
  • Assists with the full lifecycle of an issue and action plan by capturing details, tracking progress and closing. Supports the metric / measure development for key risk indicators, and monitor risk metrics on an ongoing basis.
  • Partners with the multiple teams with FTS to implement control monitoring and reporting processes.

Essential Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in control evaluation, artifacts collections & reporting/metrics generation
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to partner across the organization with both technical and non-technical partners
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects with changing priorities

Desired Qualifications:

  • Business process knowledge on File transfer services
  • Metrics gathering and input experience
  • Knowledge of Python language
  • Automation mindset to enhance metrics and reporting
  • SharePoint Experience
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external customers
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve established outcomes
