Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide client support remotely on inbound calls related to computers, printers and related devices.
  • Ability to perform troubleshooting on issues related to computers, printers, routers etc with US customers.
  • We are selecting Candidates who have done monthly sales in USD. if you have not done any of these jobs, do not apply.

Experience: 6 months to 6 years

Skills:

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Critical thinking and problem solving - must be able to identify both simple and complex computer problems, analyze them, and solve them.
  • Should possess good professional and telephonic etiquette’s
  • Must be Punctual.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
