  • Reach out to potential donors via phone calls to update them on our latest initiatives and secure pledges.
  • Maintain accurate records of donor interactions, ensuring a comprehensive database for future reference.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative strategies for donor acquisition and retention.
  • Participate in team meetings to brainstorm fresh fundraising ideas and contribute to ongoing campaigns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our donors, promptly addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have.
