Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Template Developer InDesign to support our publishing production team. The candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining InDesign templates and ensuring high-quality page composition for books, journals, and digital outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update InDesign templates as per project requirements.
  • Perform page layout, styling, and formatting with accuracy.
  • Ensure consistency in design, typography, and composition standards.
  • Work with editors/designers to resolve layout issues.
  • Prepare final files for print and digital formats.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in Adobe InDesign and template creation.
  • Good knowledge of paragraph/character styles, GREP, and layout standards.
  • Understanding of XML workflows (added advantage).
  • Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects.

Minimum 8+ Years of experiences in required.
