    Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Recruit Business Associates
    • Develop BAs through coaching, training, team management support etc
    • Work with the BAs to drive recruitment of new agents
    • Ensure that the BAs are meeting their team targets.
    • Provide operational support to BAs in terms of submissions, issuance , pending resolve, licensing etc
    • Help the BA develop his direct and indirect team
    • Maintain required trackers & reports to be submitted to various stakeholders


    Desired Candidate Profile

    • Should have 4-6 years relevant experience
    • Age Up below 40years
