Purpose of the position:

To conduct and manage training of one job role in an established LPL centers to achieve project based targets.


Competencies:

Person must be integrate, energetic and passionate to work for Rural Skill Development and must have ground level working exposure in CSR or other similar project.


Academic Management: Should be well versed with teaching pedagogy and drive effective, hands on learning in short time frame (2-4 months of classroom, practical and industry exposure based). He/ She should have strong academic interface, working knowledge of content and training delivery.


Planning and Organizing: Ability to plan and organizing resources for set deliverables with right time and setting priorities.


Team Skill: Able to work with people in such a manner as to build high morale and group commitments to goals and objectives. Able to communicate with others in a warm and helpful manner while simultaneously build credibility and rapport. Have ability to motivate an individual as well as a group.


Required experience (Industry):

  • Min 2 years of relevant experience in Pathology as a Lab Technician. Fresher also welcome.

Required qualification:

  • Full Time BSC- MLT (Medical Lab Technician) from any recognized university.

Minimum Experience required (In Years)

B.Sc- MLT /DMLT from any recognized university.


Min 2 years of relevant experience in Pathology as a Lab Technician.
